Pros
Aggressive and fair commission scale. Hard workers with good sales and good markups are rewarded for their efforts. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Micromanagement. The company has become involved in day to day operations of individual employees instead of allowing them to work independently. The new COO of our division has implemented a top-down fear as a motivator approach. The company benefits are pitiful. High cost for little coverage. Many employees opt-out of employer coverage for personal coverage or coverage from a spouse's employer.
