Pros

easy 500 a week flexible schedule

Cons

You should know, that technically it is not FULL time because you are required to take 30 min lunch break every day without pay. So that is 37.5 hours a week You should also know you are being micromanaged. Every move you make on the computer and the floor is being watched by "management" You are sitting at a desk for 7.5 hours. If you're not at your desk and you want to go to the bathroom or get water or for a 15 min break you are to punch in a code for that on the phone on your desk. Everything is being looked at by this boss lady from Canada who visits once or twice a month. There is a lot of favoritism by the team leads. They just want someone who is quite and puts in their numbers. They are using you.

Pros

You won't find any in this company.

Cons

- poor working hours, no work-life balance whatsoever, no payment for any overtime work provided, tight and unreasonable deadlines that will wreck your physical health - no way to provide any sort of feedback to management, even if feedback is given, no reaction from management whatsoever - treated like slaves by the account managers & client, "the HR" aka account managers don't care about employee welfare, they only care about licking the boots of management at the client company - no prospect of career growth or advancement whatsoever, no opportunities for acquiring/developing marketable skills, instead YOU the person who joined Adecco are expected to master all kinds of skills for which you will NOT be compensated at the market rate - they are often late on salary payment, blatantly breaking the employment law - the HR people who managed us, who are grandiosely titled as "account managers" scammed us into joining Adecco by withholding vital information, such as the nature of the outsourcing arrangement between Adecco and the client, thus many were led to believe that they would be solely managed by the client company w/o interference from Adecco with the exception of payroll and benefits. They also promised us the possibility of converting into employees under client payroll when that is not even possible. -no employee benefits at all, once you join expect nothing but slavery and exploitation from BOTH the client and Adecco - Constant micromanaging from both the client and Adecco, toxic working environment, rude, petty and condescending managers everywhere around you, no wonder the client company wants us to be under Adecco so that they can abuse us to their hearts' contents without incurring any risks -In summary, by joining Adecco, you will become a tool for big corporations (the client) to abuse and exploit your labour without endangering themselves, and in return you will not have any form of job security or benefits from either party. I would not wish for my worst enemy to join Adecco.
