Pros
Colleagues are nice and helpful
Cons
The management is chaotic and lacks the structure needed for a productive workplace. My reporting line provided little to no resources for hiring, bringing in clients, or developing skills within the team. Most days were filled with pointless discussions rather than meaningful work. The leadership style is extremely micromanaged. I often felt pressured, receiving daily challenges about my work and being questioned about my departure time—even after hours. It was common to receive WhatsApp messages asking why I left early (Mostly 7pm) or what I had accomplished that day. Additionally, my manager frequently threatened team members with termination if they didn’t meet billing expectations, despite everyone working hard to close deals. This creates a mentally unhealthy environment where fear overrides motivation. When I decided to resign, I was asked to close a deal within two days, which felt unreasonable and added unnecessary stress. I would caution anyone considering a position here to think carefully about the management style and work environment.
