Pros

They have a lot of immediate starting positions so you can be placed into work pretty much straight away.

Cons

Their consultants are difficult to get hold of, when you are let go of in a job they are indifferent to your suffering, the pay isn't always great and they don't inform the job centre of your job ending at the right time so you end up losing out on benefit payments under universal credit as you get paid from them within your assessment period. The most insensitive Adecco branch I worked for was the one who deals with work for a large insurance company and are themselves based in Swindon.
