      As long as you are earning fees its a low touch employer. soon as engagement ends little help getting next role and they appear to push the redundancy as a preference for them

      * Unnatural standards and expectations * Too much politics * I had a horrible manager who didn't know how to handle people * Upper management care only about numbers and nothing else.
