Pros

You'll get the basic amenities of a job like PF and Medical insurance, salaries are on time if the client you're working for pays them on time. If you're looking for a job for a short period of time then you can join.

Cons

Account managers are your only POC's for any kind of issues or help. No help whatsoever from AM's once you get hired for a job, and if you're facing any issue, HR team is non existent for you if you're hired for a client. The company will do anything to keep their part of commission even if that means deducting your salary for your paid leaves. The only communication that'll happen is for your timesheet and that's it. No guarantees on your contract guidelines they can change it anytime and won't even tell you unless they are asking you to resign. No yearly appraisals or promotions.
