Upper managment does not seem to care about field employees, only reviews numbers and puts a priority on documenting mundane tasks.

Pros

Overall, Adecco is a great company that creates many opportunities for talented people to succeed and advance their career. Because its global, I know many people who have been able to travel and relocate to other countries for new opportunities. Very talented management, with only a few exceptions. While there are things that can always be improved, I would recommend Adecco to any of my friends or associates.

Cons

Because of its size, it takes too long to get things done sometimes. We should be further along than we are in finding innovative ways to deliver value to our clients and candidates. We are making good progress, but we need to move faster.

They are always finding ways to improve your job opportunities. They reward when you are doing an excellent job. They tell you what an asset you are to the company. Very positive work environment.
