It could be a lot worse but it is definitely not great.

It's a job, you will get a paycheck and it will be for more than many other 'no experience required' jobs.

Cons

It varies significantly based on placement. Everything is really secretive and there is no security that you are still going to have a job tomorrow, but that is the nature of temp work. The employee has absolutely no power in this relationship, at times it feels like indentured servitude.
