      If you don't have any other agencies to work for, they are better than nothing.

      Cons

      Very distorted description of positions they want to contract you to. Lack of information, communication. Payed far less than other agencies pay their employees for doing the same work. Will lie to you about benefits, workloads, and pay if you let them. They actually made me pay back a national holiday's pay! Will not let you know in advance whether or not your contract is renewed! Poof! It's Monday, and you are out of work!

      Great opportunities for top performers.

      Cons

      Promotions tend to be based on a sorority membership or connection. Many members of management lack skills, but have the right friends. Could use a little chemotherapy to get rid of this cancerous problem.
