Little pay for lots of work. The employers they place you with take advantage of you and treat you like a second class citizen. Their 1800 bonus sucks. Used to be $400 which is a weeks pay, now it is like 2.5% of your gross pay. You never get paid for holidays even though they claim you do. Basically you have to not miss one day of work in order to qualify for holidays. It always seems as if they change their policies when it is convenient for them and do not notify their employees.

pay, commission, bonuses and benefits are not competitive for the area or industry; position is broken up into territories, you can't reap the benefits of making a sale in your territory that grows out of your territory; this position consists of operations and biz development=its unrealistic; there is alot of red tape at Adecco and its hard to get candidates pushed through the process as well as getting prospects settled in as clients; most of the training is done on modules;
