      World leader in HR, but not able to keep a good company culture

      Pros

      Some Compensation are good, ie. yearly bonus based on the year income

      Cons

      Bad company culture Local management have no idea what's going on within IT department Bad human ressources No talent management No proposition about training/learning. They basicly choose you to make a job, even if you haven't got any knowledge about it. All IT systems are old, slow, not working correctly.

      You're contract could end at any time, and they won't give you an honest reason why

      Pros

      You can get holiday pay after 1200 consecutive hours worked (within 26 weeks). They'll arrange (free of charge) to collect all your personal belongings that you left in your desk, because you had no idea that your assignment was ending until after you left for the weekend (see below).

      Cons

      Pay scale on lower end for trained technical workers. No free benefits (however, you can elect to pay exorbitant rates for substandard coverage). Even though your contract has just been extended for seven months, about a week or two later, you may get a phone call on the Saturday after your "last day", telling you not to come to work the following Monday, even though you have never missed a day that was not previously scheduled.

      Loved my old boss - then they caused so much drama!

      Pros

      Loved all that I learned from my previous Branch Manager. Then they brought in someone horrible and wouldn't give us any support to get things back to where they should have been.

      Cons

      Sacrificed a lot of great employees just because they didn't want the drama.
