      Pros

      Adecco is great for the short term contract...they are very helpful, always available to help. Nice, friendly people that work there.

      Cons

      Benefits...paid holidays...paid time off...sick pay....None. It makes it tough when you don't get paid holidays...which are closed days for the company. Those at least should be paid. Especially during the holidays...no time off. :-( makes it hard, they really should take a second look at that, because it's hard enough being only a temp employee.

      If joining in IM - INDIA Remember * you will learn much as a beginner * you will Passionate to work but f until Hike(nothing) basic is very low compare to other market *good environment * hr will never consider IM(IT team ) but they strave our work and use us. * You should never Expect HIKE - HOW hard you show up. MANGER WILL GET CREDIT and he project himself. * Extract your work maximum day and night you extend your time also for running bussiness , Low PAY compare to other good industry even low industy than adecco you will get. more pay. * Based on my exp IM - 20 member 4 they will run whole PAN india ERP application with Over 1000+ users * if you work day and night for implementing new application NOCREDIT for You. Even if you profited adecco without taking vendors help. But PROJECT MANAGER who, goes off @6 do no nolthing will get credit and project to GLOBAl as if he did all things but nothing they will never RECOGANISE You or Global team expect they see only higher people as if they do. * After all your effort , they will hire a brainless exp. guy and pay high than you and we have to teach him from start basic after all your dedicated worlk.
