      Cubicle Farm environment. Head down, high metrics mentality.

      Manager doesn't micromanage. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Manager is more of a pushover. As long as the work gets done, he doesn't involve himself with his employees. Don't expect to get paid on time. Team environment is hostile.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits - 18 days PTO when you start, 5 days bereavement, decent health insurance, dental and vision insurance too! Good home/work balance.

      Cons

      No growth potential, very corporate and upper management run. Branch managers are not given flexibility to run branches like their own business, despite being told to do so. Management does not listen to problems at the branch level, short staffed. Pay is not competitive.

      Good opportunity to work in multiple industries, flexible location, full time

      Cons

      I left for a better opportunity but saw many managers and colleagues being eliminated shortly after to save a buck. Replaced with entry level making 12 dollars an hour. They seem to be moving toward cheap inexperienced labor and it's resulting in losing contracts.
