      Pros

      Had job security because management kept changing and they needed someone that knew the business.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was difficult to maintain at the branch level; branches were understaffed and branch managers were constantly changing not allowing for anyone to get to know recruiters and/or supervisors. difficult to advance within company. Pay scale is very low compared to other staffing companies.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. There is flexibility if you need it. If you are happy in your position and not looking for advancement, this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Pay lower than competitors. And part of that is that they don't want to promote people because then they will have to give them more money.
