Pros
Had job security because management kept changing and they needed someone that knew the business.
Cons
Work-life balance was difficult to maintain at the branch level; branches were understaffed and branch managers were constantly changing not allowing for anyone to get to know recruiters and/or supervisors. difficult to advance within company. Pay scale is very low compared to other staffing companies.
