Pros
Getting paid every week, being able to work in various fields depending on experience, the friendships one makes from assignments, gaining transferable skills, and establishing references as well as networks.
Cons
The staff doesn't check up on you occasionally to make sure one is still looking for an assignment or if one might be of interest. They especially do not check in with you to see how Ann assignment is going and how their clients are treating their associates. One might have to remind them or play phone tag with staff.
