Pros

If you are looking to get into commission only sales this is for you.

Cons

If you don't cold call enough you will be shown the door. If you want to be a recruiter...go someplace else.

Pros

You get a ton of paid time off, that you never get to use! So it all rolls over, then you still can't use it the next year.

Cons

They work you like dogs, to give jobs no one wants to people your competitors don't want to talk to. Not only do you have to work 10 hour days, but you get to work holidays as well! Have a family? Have a baby? Adecco doesn't care. As long as someone is sitting in their chairs to try to make them look good. And the best part is, you're making peanuts to do so. The benefits are crap, the only pro is they give you a ton of PTO knowing that you will never be able to take it. The only people they care about are senior management because they are taking 90% of the budget and putting it straight into their paycheck. The day I put in my notice was the best day of my life, and no one even acknowledged I did so until a week later.

Pros

Great benefits. I work with a great team (this is very personal and micro), but something that I love. Good work-life balance. I usually work 40 hours per week. Maybe 10 times I've had to work overtime in the past 1.6 years. It is important to note that Adecco is a company that keeps you busy. There is always work... way more work than one can handle.

Cons

Sometimes leadership is unresponsive and does not follow up with promises (especially relating to promotions, salary increases, projections, among other things). Adecco chooses to work with many clients that do not treat their employees well. This makes a recruiter's job harder, since you're offering a job that is not good with a company that usually has a reputation that is obvious when researching online. CEO pressence is also non-existent.
