Pros

Pays high salary, can work 1-2 days in office

Cons

They waste so much time with meetings, high turnover, bad team collaboration and culture, spend a-lot of time logging info, low performing teams, not open to feedback, team members always fighting with each other. They will advertise the team as high performing but they barely will any jobs and are no where to be found for support. They lack servicing their clients, and only do things in the system to hit KPIs. When they ask you to come into office maybe 3 people will be there from 10 and then leave at 2pm. Terrible work environment with limited support.

Pros

Working from home was great! The salary is reasonable. This company was once an excellent place to work, but that has changed. I have resigned, and the only advantage I can genuinely mention is the ability to work remotely. I regret having to leave, and I wish I didn’t have to write this review, but I feel compelled to warn other job seekers about Adecco. I dedicated four years to this company, but it no longer meets my expectations.

Cons

There is favoritism, as one specific team consistently receives the best job requisitions, and there is nepotism, such as a mother managing her own daughter. This situation has led to a mass exodus of employees since we don't feel job security when as a recruiter you don't have much to work on and are expected to meet certain numbers. Yet there seems to be little concern from the management. I have reached out to HR regarding the ongoing issues and the status of last year’s commission payments, but they have no answers. It feels like no one here genuinely cares about the employees.

Company doesn't seem to have a clear direction

Pros

Good accounts and recruiters who care

Cons

Company is constantly laying off their internal staff. It doesn't matter if you've been there 1 year or 20 years. They can't seem to come up with a clear strategy and carry it out. They scream pivot more than Ross from Friends!
