      Empowered by supportive, successful men and woman. Given responsibility beyond my level and supported through it. Flexible workplace. Great team.

      Cons

      Salary and rewards could have been much better however the experience gained was invaluable. Struggling to find any other cons!

      Pros

      Immediate team were good to work with. Client are notoriously hard to please but were also very helpful even during the busiest times.

      Cons

      Management on both Account and sector were very poor. Reminded me of a 'clique' where you had to be friendly with them to have any chance of progression. It is such a shame as the rest of the team were brilliant.
