great relationship with your colleagues and multicultural staff where everyone is treated equally no matter your race, age, religion, etc,... really good benefits as it is a big company with hotels all over the world, you will be able to stay in different hotels at a reasonable rate because of their discounts and free nights in the UK

Cons

Salaries are below average but you get bonuses at the end of the year which is usually an 8% of your annual salary.
