      Company for first step workers without experience

      Pros

      Good for unskilled people who want to step in the hospitality world. Good for learning up to supervisor / team leader level for example. Good team spirit and culture, working in Accor is like working in a family atmosphere. Employees are likely to become multiskilled, it makes them more productive to compare with the competitors' s employees. Holidays increase 1 day per year up to 25 days Moving through the network is easy and give more opportunities to learn different methods of work.

      Cons

      Employees need to be flexible taking responsibilities without limit. Lack of modern tools (IT development is slow and late), the Softwares and tools provided could be more developed. Staff cost cutting is too much. Lack of recognition for employees initiative.

      Pros

      Great work environment, very personable management, excellent training and very clear and fair policies/rules.

      Cons

      There were really no cons. The hotel in the city of Tilburg is an excellent place to work.
