Pros

Accor has great learning & development initiatives - training (virtual, classroom or on-the-job) is available for every employee who is willing to learn. Hard work and the drive to go further can earn you a promotion. There are talent development programs for every employee level. International mobility is available when opportunities are present. As a hospitality company, the employees are also treated well and there is a great culture throughout the group.

Cons

Too much politics going on at the corporate level which could affect the teams and employee engagement/satisfaction.
