Great people who are passionate about hospitality, flexible work hours, autonomy. You can build your own career at Accor and can try many different roles.

Cons

Political, slow decision processes, poor career development in head offices. Do not expect HR to develop or support your career moves. This is something employees do through their own network in the company and while it allows you to try many things, this can limit longer term growth opportunities. Also compensation in terms of salary is below industry averages across the board.
