Pros

innovative and ambitious company, food on duty, Free Break voucher, possibly to buy things on Amazon by selling company loyalty cards

Cons

Wages do not reflect at all the huge workload that the company demands. Carreer progression is also a big problem in that company, there is a lots of empty promise going on. It’s really a shame.

Pros

Good professional training provided by the company Accor, good company with possibility of growth. Good rights for the worker, sickness pay, over 20 days of paid holidays, annual bonuses.

Cons

The salary is extremely low, they play a lot with unexperienced people in order to offer a first step into a managerial position with the lowest salary ever. Very competitive environment, management is often having problems with staff issues.
