Pros

There are some pros such as discounted hotel rates but these can be found in any other hotel chain. So basically nothing special than what other companies try to do for their employees.

Cons

The payment in this company at any level appears to be a joke unless you are the CEO. A lot of managers behave and act in a very unprofessional manner and thus de- motivate other employees.
