Pros

I used to work in Ibis London City for 9 months as a F&B team member. Definitely good experience, people come from all over the world, friendly enviroment and customer service. Good training an possibilities to grow up. Good benefits, staff food and laundry included, but they pay the minimum wage which is not good, especially if you are living in London. Of course it is hospitality so you will work hard, but for sure you will also have fun.

Cons

Management sometimes is really messy, reception is really busy and underpressure, f&b usually short staff. Really hard job.

Pros

Working for Accor was great for networking, meeting all kinds of people from everywhere in the world. Second, third language definitely an asset

Cons

High occupancy season can be stressful, (overbooking situations etc.) uniform was a bit much

Pros

Great Place to work, good staff and culture to grow.

Cons

Salary is a bit dissapointing. Though it is above most of thecompetetive hospitality organisations, yet it can be improved to be fair to employees in todays date.
