Pros

Great place to get first experience in management. A lot of autonomy.

Cons

Hard to move up due to the large number of long tenured employees who were set in their ways.

Pros

Large stable company with competitive pay and benefits. The opportunity to travel for work, without it being your life. I liked talking to people all over the world everyday, and learning how different cultures do business

Cons

The French Management team was a bit flakey. Additionally French culture is about who you can blame when something goes wrong, not how to fix it for the client- this rubbed against my American service values.

Pros

Accor hotels consider closely their staff developments and internal promotions, good company to work for.

Cons

Nothing really special, but shall that According to some locations and owners, some hotels in some need closer attention on general aspect, with more support from Corporate office to have owners invest to upgrade and maintain properly facilities.
