Pros

Compensation, exposure, variety of work available

Cons

Don't ensure employees use their innate strengths or make sure they pursue one area and build expertise. Too much pressure to stay staffed. No review of chosen roles. HR is not help with this either.

- Variety in available projects and clients. - Opportunities to take on new responsibilities and challenges. - Decent work/life balance: above average vacation time, flexibility to work remotely.

Cons

- Inconsistency from project to project: expectations, opportunities, work environment, etc. - Little sense of community: few opportunities to develop long-term business relationships across multiple projects. - Very little transparency in regards to performance feedback/ratings.
