Pros

Fully remote, access to trainings and courses, nice offices, multi cultural environments.

Cons

When I first started at Accenture the usual time it took to get a promotion was 3 years. In fact pretty much all my colleagues got promoted when they reached their 3rd year, but after I started things changed: no promotions for over 2 years, no salary raise. They changed the month where they evaluate promotions and salary last December, pushing it for 6 more months. We used to get a ham for Christmas....not any more. No end of the year party, no team gatherings, no incentives.
