      -Look after their people, friendly and collaborative IT Department, good career development if you show initiative, good benefits and leave. I loved working here.

      -Out of London, based in Tunbridge Wells - bit of a long hall unless you live locally

      Pros

      Great company to work with lots of opportunities for career growth both vertical and lateral. Decent working hours with handsome pay .

      Cons

      As it goes with multinational companies, there can be some disadvantages. Big companies are slow to adapt and less agile so if depends what working environment one prefers.
