Cons

Need more staff and should not really be launching a new product when there are low staffing levels in our office and we don't have enough staff to administer our current plans.

Mostly nice people Free snacks/drinks Yearly bonus Work from home Nice office Pay is OK

Cons

A lot of favourtism - Some seniors/managers very cliquey IT team are terrible at fixing issues Ridiculous hoops to jump through to progress A LOT of abuse from customers and very little support regarding this Stressful work So many processes don't work and claims handlers take the brunt fom customers
