Pros

Mostly nice people Free snacks/drinks Yearly bonus Work from home Nice office Pay is OK

Cons

A lot of favourtism - Some seniors/managers very cliquey IT team are terrible at fixing issues Ridiculous hoops to jump through to progress A LOT of abuse from customers and very little support regarding this Stressful work So many processes don't work and claims handlers take the brunt fom customers

Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

Cons

Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
