Pros

The employees and only some management are leaders.

Cons

The salary increment and bonus payout is very low and many employees resign every year because of this. This and the promotion and talent is very biased (who sucks up to the HR / Dept Head / CEO) if you report to local mgmt and not merit based. Racism and discrimination is common and those who speak out are penalised. Many locals are paid much lower than foreigners in the same role. Hiring process is too slow and HR is only on management side and employees do not trust the HR team because nothing is confidential.
