- no much restriction to office hours, can come in office late - most people are friendly - company activities

Cons

- limited office space - people are friendly but they do not step forward and always protect themselves - OT when there is tight timeline - HK IT is stubborn and knows nothing. Always talk behind your back and escalate to management for small issues. not helpful at all.
