Pros

Good investment products but thats about it.

Cons

EXTREMELY poor technical platform for the advisors and employees. CONSTANT technology issues that DO NOT get resolved....they just "band-aide" the problem and expect the advisor to fix it on their own time. Expect to sacrifice much your time in order be just slightly successful. Expect to be a machine that works very inefficiently due to AXA's poor leadership, processes, and employee technology platform.

Pros

Employee Stock Purchase Plan, benefits

Cons

Disorganized company. Lack of professionalism. No room for growth. Management is a disaster. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
