Pros

Big Brand, Large Projects, Enough budgets to bring in changes. Competitive Salary. If you do the hard yards (i.e have absolutely NO life outside work, you'll definitely shine.

Cons

Very low morals, only about selling, twisting old products and masking them as new. Not thinking of the customer, no service levels to cater to customer complaints. Non-supportive management and everybody basically is working to keep their own jobs secure. Sometimes rude middle/senior management - they rather have you working 12-16 hours daily, make the products and sales a success than care about you (the employee) as a human being o

Pros

Freedom to fix your own schedule, work at your own hours and determine how much you want to earn. it is a law of large numbers. you determine the amount you want to earn, and work backwards for the number of deals to close and the number of people to talk to.

Cons

Not for the people who cannot motivate and discipline themselves to clock the sales. Not for the people who have morality issues about selling (or misselling). if you can't do sales forever and sooner or later you will have to fight to move up to management or risk going out altogether

Pros

- AXA is a prestigious insurance company and has been the global leader in insurance for the past seven years. - Financial Executives enjoy unlimited earning potential - AXA likes to spoil their top performers - Career-pathing is fast paced - You are equipped with up to date gadgets and tools to make sales easier - Health card

Cons

- They don't set proper expectations during the hiring and training process. - They make you jump through so much hoops just to get your unlimited earning potential. Each bracket of potential income is gated with unrealistic figures. - Any part of your minimum quota that you do not meet in one month, is added to the next. If you do not hit your minimum performing standard within 3 months, that can be grounds for termination. - The fast paced career-pathing can be a double edged sword. Some people are promoted before they are truly ready. - The company does not understand what an over-saturated market is. - Poor communication between departments. - They like to set unrealistic goals and wonder why people choose to just jump ship.
