Salary n increments are good.Flexibility with leaves n offs..although depends on mgr.easy access to mgmt.

Cons

Bad mgmt and too many mgrs wt no work. Career graph restricted.Indian politics at large governing promotions n movements.insecure mgrs n micro mgmt

It has work timing flexibility, there is no strict working hours compulsion as of now. Salaries are paid on time.

Cons

It is not an employee-centric organisation, no proper career path. HR is not bothered about Employee issues.

I loved working in insurance and particularly claims. The roles are really interesting and engaging. No day is the same

Cons

Management have developed a stats based approach and there is no understanding on how the role should really be carried out
