Pros

Average pay, bonus and benefits.

Cons

Culture was terrible. Management was completely disengaged in their teams, and only focused on managing up. HR is also extremely unresponsive when approached (even our dedicated HRBP was MIA).

have flexible working arrangement, work-life balance environment, good staff benefits

Cons

Infrastructure always under restructuring mode, lack of communication with employees about the logic behind, and it costs unstable working condition

Pros

- Good benefits - Quite a few enjoyable events (eg. Christmas dinner)

Cons

- New management brought in a negative environment - Extremely long working hours with hardly any support - Bad working environment which created a lot of tension - Salary was not competitive - Not enough support to teach junior staff what they need to know to do the job properly - Not enough employee support in terms of taking their advice and opinions into account
