Multi-culture background. Pay as per the market.

Cons

Leadership in IT is not good. Lots of politics because of some Directors and leaders. If person is minority and on visa, no support at all. Instead they may exploit your situation for their advantage. Less professionalism.

Benefits, reasonable pay, some of the coworkers were nice people

Cons

Terrible management, disorganization, sexual harassment, discrimination, frequently problems with pay, favouritism, frequent lack of information or resources, constant turnover
