Stressful Environment, but Amazing People and Managerial Support.

Pros

The people at this company are some of the most friendliest and kindest coworkers an employee can ask for. Friday night happy hours with coworkers will definitely be in your social calendar. The open level of communication from management on down, regarding employee expectations, company performance, account specific regulations, and the "just being there" feeling is hard to replace.

Cons

Being cursed out on the phones is never fun, but it comes with the territory. One of the more important concerns would be shifting client demands. In addition, AXA affiliated companies which provide operations management have a completely different, almost nonsensical approach.

There are 4 weeks vacation, friendly coworkers and weeks of training. There is triple pay for all the major US holidays

Cons

Need to have flexible hours and for most benefits you need to wait 3 months or a full year. There are 5 different shifts that they have, not including the overnight shift. The company is open 365 days

The people at AXA Assistance are some of the kindest and friendliest people one could ever hope to work with. They make a stressful job that much better.

Cons

The stress and changing demands from our largest clients makes learning complicated processes a constant struggle. Being yelled at by customers isn't as much fun as you'd think.
