      Colleagues, free health insurance, free insurance exams up until the 4th one,

      Cons

      Hard work gets rewarded with more work but pay stays the same, Arbitrary call assessments that are more concerned with speed than quality. Duties are constantly overcomplicated. Very hard to get time off.
