Pros

Good benefits, good work, and life balance, technically challenging, there's always good ideas and new projects where you can try new technologies

Cons

Too much managing, too many hierarchies, every year a new set of managers is promoted, even when there's no space and then they create positions/new roles to fill the promoted people. Some projects has an average of 4 managers to each developer in a team.
