Good Company, Great Benefits, Rigid Expectations.
Pros
Their employee benefits are top-notch. They encourage you to take your PTO, and they provide quite a significant amount to accrue as well. There's inclusion and diversity among staff members at any corporate level, and health and wellness are highly celebrated.
Cons
As a company, they offer a lot, and their expectations were equally high. It's essentially a highly sophisticated call center environment. They'll praise you for your natural tone, but QC will slowly strip away any sense of humanity within you. They want you to answer the phone, document your call, follow the script, find time to do research, and fulfill customer requests all within a reasonable time, and that's a lot. If you struggled you could ask for time or help, but it was low-key frowned upon. Everyone had a lot on their plate all the time. If you did not deliver perfection every single time your reviews with management would be affected significantly.
