Good place to work but chronically understaffed

Decent office in Redhill, hybrid working, on the whole a very friendly workplace, big company means internal career opportunities

Cons

Complex structure and lots of red tape, almost every department is always going though a 'busy period' that never ends because everyone runs so lean, reactive instead of proactive attitude to problems
