Pros

Company offers great benefits, which it balances with very low pay. The company tends to hire young, fun people - I met some of my best friends here.

Cons

Very low moral due to low pay, chronic understaffing, heavy/often unmanageable workloads, and uninspiring management. There is almost no path to moving up in the company, and anyone with anything above entry-level positions seems to have been there for 5 years or more.

Pros

International working environment, colleagues from different countries and chance to work with international parties. Good benefits (health insurance, 401K). CEntral location of the office (downtown).

Cons

Little room for advancement, low wage (hourly), promotion based on "who you are friends with", employees well considered by management are those who don't care that much about customers and those who don't speak out, quality of work is not considered at all, all what matters is that you answer the phone, this is a call center, not customer service. Management wants employees to be more of "psychological" assistance to customers rather than really help customers and fix their issues. Work is stressful, procedures constantly changing (due to uncertain directions from management, it looks like management sometimes has no clue of what direction to take), big workload, high turnover, many employees not as skilled as the job would require, most employees are very young (no big age difference), fresh out of college at their first job experience, so easily controlled, manipulated and scared by management, who never speak out in front of managers, but complain only among peers (when you see so many of them you wonder if the company selects all of them so young for those "qualities").

Pros

The company has a lot of energy and our co-workers make it a lot of fun. Super flexible. Its a great place to start if you're just out of college.

Cons

There is really no room for advancement. The salary range isn't much, however you do have the opportunity to get monthly bonuses.
