Incredible sense of community and team building focus. Working with a group of like minded and focused individuals with the patience and drive to facilitate one goal is both challenging and rewarding.

Cons

Pay is slightly lower than preferred. Company is very large but still manages to value all employees.

AXA is an evolving organization with amazing potential. The company has spent the last several years investing in their people, products, and management and has been implementing changes that will allow them to be a top competitor in the travel/health arena. The employees that work for this organization are a group of passionate and driven individuals whom work relentlessly to create a unique member experience. Top management has gone through some restructuring over the last several years, which is yielding some very positive results and a strong group of leaders.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. The fast pace nature of the assistance industry requires individuals that can juggle many tasks, think on their feet, and adapt to uncertainties or quick process changes/implementations. If you are looking for a position where you can fly under the radar and collect a paycheck, this is not the place for you.
