Top management has gone through some restructuring over the last several years, which is yielding some very positive results and a strong group of leaders.

This company is not for everyone. The fast pace nature of the assistance industry requires individuals that can juggle many tasks, think on their feet, and adapt to uncertainties or quick process changes/implementations.
