Pros

They allow you to work early shifts and work from home depending on the department.

Cons

Personally, being such a diverse Co. AXA should stand by that. My time there, there were probably only two African Americans in management (of over 50 of the same race in management). My experience with promotions is unless you kissed butt you could look to stay in your current position for years, or unless you were forced out in various ways.

Pros

Benefits. Vacations and bank holidays. Competence of my collegues Moslty friendly environment.

Cons

Highly political. There's too much people for a business being under competitive pressure. Management positions are up to the brim with senior management because they have been around for many years and not precisely by their performance or fit to the requirements of the position. Being french and coming from the right university is a huge career push.
