Big company, environment very well organized and clean. Work in a diversity of cultures. Very good benefits including 4 weeks paid vacation. A lot of social events as picnic, runs, etc.

Cons

Not everybody is motivated to do what they do. You can have your lunch time but normally eat on desk because employees cannot take lunch time at the same time. So, sometimes eat and take calls are uncomfortable. Salary very low!!!

The only good thing about working at AXA were the people. It was very diverse with people from all over the world. Management was BAD. HR did a really good job of hiring pervs! There was a lot of sexual harassment at work. There was no room for growth unless you were the personal favorite of your manager. HR had no idea what they were doing. Like most people who've worked at AXA, I'd say this is the worst place I've worked at.
