      Flex working hours, easy work, good teammates, working with international teams

      Cons

      Everything being budget related, the case that there is never enough budget for anything, boring projects with old technologies, poor software development practices, working as a best cost center for AVL Global, location, long working hours, poor pay for Software Engineers

      1. AVL sweden doesn't build competency on their own 2. Merely a sales group using and throwing engineers locally in Sweden 3. No god people managers with long-term goals for the employees 4. Very minimal coordination with other AVL affiliates
