Pros
Official work timings are good , salary is always credited on time, open office culture allows easy access to higher ups
Cons
No scope of creativity, decision making of all types is strictly under management hands, no proper work process, development opportunities are restricted, promotions take a very long process, salary although is received on time but the CTCs are very less, unrealistic dead lines are defined with customer, in and out of office is restricted.
